By participating in Echo Technologies, LLC’s Partner Ads and Whitelisting Program, you grant Echo Technologies, LLC and its authorized partners a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and promote your approved content, including your name, likeness, voice, social media handle, and associated brand identity, for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes across any media or advertising platform now known or later developed.
You acknowledge that Echo may run paid advertisements through your social media account or creator identity using platform partner advertising tools (e.g., Meta Partner Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, or similar technologies) and may edit or adapt approved content for advertising purposes (including formatting, captions, overlays, or other minor modifications).
Participation does not guarantee advertising spend, campaign activation, or performance results, and Echo Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for advertising performance, platform policy changes, algorithmic outcomes, or other factors outside its reasonable control.
You represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to grant these permissions and that the content provided does not infringe on the rights of any third party. Echo Technologies, LLC shall not be responsible for claims arising from materials provided by you.
